These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Radence Ltd, trading as Auro & Co, provides products and services through the website https://auroandco.shop.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours, patterns and packaging may vary slightly from the photos.

For cosmetic and wellness items, you should:

5. Orders and Contract

  3. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email or when we dispatch your order.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

If a product is incorrectly priced and the correct price is higher than the price shown, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel the item. If you do not respond, we may cancel the item and refund any amount you have paid for it.


7. Delivery

We deliver to the locations listed at checkout.

  • Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, seasonal peaks and other factors outside our control.

We use standard UK delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or similar, depending on the size, value and destination of your order.

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address is complete and correct
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel, or safe place / neighbour instructions are provided where permitted by the courier

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when they are delivered or left in a safe place that you or the courier have chosen.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee recovery or free replacement. Where possible, we will help to resolve it, but additional delivery costs may apply.


8. International Orders

If we ship outside the United Kingdom:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges.
  • These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices or standard delivery costs.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

9. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling Off Period)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you usually have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to some exceptions.

You cannot cancel or return for a refund in the following situations, unless the goods are faulty:

  • Sealed cosmetic, beauty or personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Products that have been used in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale
  • Custom or personalised items

Standard items (non cosmetic, non personal care)

If you change your mind about standard products:

  1. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at office@radence.co.uk, including your name, order number and the items you want to return.
  2. You then have 28 days from the date you notify us to return the goods.
  3. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We will refund you for the returned items within 30 days of receiving the goods or your proof of postage, using your original payment method.

Cosmetic and personal care items

For cosmetic or personal care items (for example skincare, bath, oils, aromatherapy products that are applied to the body):

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it for change of mind.
  • You then have 7 working days to return the item.
  • Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.

You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We will refund the item price within 30 days of receiving the goods in acceptable condition, using your original payment method.


10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges (Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Items)

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us as soon as possible at office@radence.co.uk and ideally:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items
  • Within 72 hours of delivery for faulty items

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, where possible

We will review and may:

  • Offer a replacement (exchange) where stock is available
  • Offer a refund
  • Give you instructions for returning the item, if needed

For low value items or minor damage, we may accept photographic evidence instead of requesting a return.

Where items are faulty or damaged, we will refund or replace them at no extra cost to you. If a return is required, we will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return costs, depending on the situation.

If you simply wish to change your product for a different item or variant (for example a different scent or colour):

  • We generally process this as a refund for the returned item and ask you to place a new order for the item you would like instead.
  • We do not guarantee exchanges for change of mind, as stock levels may change.

11. Non Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window:

  • Postal services within the UK can take several working days during busy periods.
  • If you have not received your order within a reasonable period, please contact us at office@radence.co.uk with your order number.

We will investigate with the courier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will either:

  • Send a replacement order, or
  • Provide a refund for the missing goods

We do not recommend placing duplicate orders to replace non delivered goods, as this can complicate resolution.


12. Cosmetic and Wellness Products Disclaimer

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Information on our site is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

You should:

  • Always follow product instructions
  • Perform patch tests where appropriate
  • Stop using the product if any irritation or adverse reaction occurs
  • Consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns

We are not responsible for reactions caused by individual sensitivities or allergies.


13. Limitation of Liability
