1. Free Shipping Threshold

  • We offer free standard UK mainland shipping on orders with a subtotal of £50 or more, excluding taxes and after any applied discounts.
  • For orders under £50, the standard shipping charge will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

UK Mainland

  • We use carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or similar, depending on size and weight of your order.
  • Estimated delivery times: 2-5 working days from dispatch for standard parcels.
  • For large or heavy items (e.g., furniture, pallet-shipments) we may use freight or pallet carriers; in such cases we will contact you separately with delivery details.

UK Highlands, Islands & Non-Mainland

  • Delivery to remote postcodes may incur additional costs or longer delivery times. We will notify you if this applies.

International Orders

  • We may deliver outside the UK, subject to local import duties, taxes and customs clearance delays. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by country and carrier and may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on destination.
  • Free shipping threshold (if applicable internationally) will be displayed at checkout or noted in your order confirmation.

3. Dispatch & Processing

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed during busy periods, sales or holiday seasons may take longer (e.g., 3-4 working days) for dispatch.
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you place the order, we will contact you as soon as possible with available options (refund, substitution, etc).

4. Delivery Address, Risk and Title

  • You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel (or provide safe place instructions).
  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers the goods or leaves them at a safe place you have agreed to.
  • For standard UK deliveries, title transfers to you once the goods are delivered and signed for (or left at a safe place).
  • For international orders, the title may transfer on export from the UK; you are responsible for any import duties or clearance at destination.

5. Wrong Address / Redirects / Failed Delivery

  • If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery costs may apply and we cannot guarantee successful re-delivery.
  • If you request a delivery redirection after dispatch, you must cover any re-delivery fees charged by the courier.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., no one present, incorrect address, refusal to accept), we reserve the right to deduct the original and return shipping costs from any refund.

6. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If there is visible damage, you should sign for the parcel as “Damaged” if possible and contact us immediately at office@radence.co.uk.
  • If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, customs (for international orders) or other events outside our control.
  • If loss is confirmed by the courier, we will arrange a replacement shipment or a refund.

7. Returns Shipping for Change of Mind vs Faulty Items

  • For “change of mind” returns (see our Returns Policy), you are responsible for the return postage and safe packaging.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs depending on the situation.
