Who we are
Auro & Co is a trading brand of Radence Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16749396). Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: office@radence.co.uk. Radence Ltd is the controller responsible for personal data processed for Auro & Co's store, customer service and marketing, except where another organisation acts as an independent controller for its own services.
What information we collect
We collect information you supply such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery details, order details, correspondence, account details and marketing choices. Our storefront and service providers may also process device, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers, page interactions and shopping activity. Payments are processed by payment providers; we do not need to hold complete card details to fulfil your order.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- Contract: process orders, take payment, deliver goods, provide accounts where requested, manage returns and answer order-related enquiries.
- Legal obligations: maintain required tax and accounting records, comply with consumer law and respond to valid legal requests.
- Legitimate interests: prevent fraud, maintain security, improve customer service and understand how our shop works, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. We assess these activities as required by law.
- Consent: where required for optional marketing, analytics, advertising cookies or other non-essential tracking. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.
Marketing sent to existing customers may in some circumstances be permitted under the applicable UK soft opt-in rules; where used, we provide an opportunity to opt out when details are collected and in each message. We do not treat buying from us as blanket consent to all marketing.
Who receives information
We share the minimum information reasonably needed with service providers such as Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors, warehouse and fulfilment providers, delivery companies, hosting, IT and customer-service providers, and analytics or advertising services where enabled and legally permitted. Some providers act as processors under our instructions and others may be independent controllers. We also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect legal rights. Shopify's privacy information is available at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Cookies and tracking
Strictly necessary technology supports baskets, checkout and site security. Other technologies may be used for analytics, advertising and personalisation where legally permitted. Where consent is required, we must obtain it before activating non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookie choices through any consent controls provided on our website and your browser settings. A browser setting does not always replace a consent control. The technologies and providers actually in use should be kept under review when apps or advertising tools change.
International transfers
Shopify and other providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where restricted transfers occur, we use or rely on appropriate legal safeguards, including applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards, as required by UK data-protection law.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as necessary for each purpose, including order fulfilment, customer support, legal claims and required accounting or tax retention. Retention differs by record type; we do not promise a single fixed deletion date for all information. Where permitted and practicable, data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request access to information about you, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To make a request, email office@radence.co.uk. We may need to verify identity before responding. We will respond within the periods required by law.
Complaints
Contact us first if you have a concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Children and external sites
Our shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. External websites reached through our links have their own privacy practices.

We may revise this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. The updated notice and its date will appear on this page.
