How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Standard delivery to the UK mainland is £4.99, and free on orders of £50 or more. We aim to send orders within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days after that. Remote postcodes can take longer or cost more, and we will let you know if that applies. See our delivery information.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We may be able to. International orders can take up to 2 to 3 weeks depending on the destination, and any import duties or taxes are paid by the recipient.

Can I return something?

Yes. If you change your mind, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, or within 3 days for cosmetic and personal care items. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging. If something arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 3 business days and we will send a prepaid return label. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our returns policy.

Can I put a gift together myself?
