Questions
Do I have to choose a gift box?
No. In the gift box builder you can pick No box and choose items only. If you do pick a box, it appears in your basket as its own item.
How do I know my items will fit the box?
When you choose a box, the gift box builder shows the items that suit it and a meter shows roughly how full it is. This is an estimate based on each item's weight and size, so leave a little room.
Can I add more than one of the same item?
Yes. Use the plus and minus buttons on each item. The builder tells you if you reach the stock we have.
Can I change my bundle after adding it to the basket?
Yes. Every item sits in your basket as a normal line, so you can change quantities or remove anything before you pay.
Can I order several gifts at once?
Yes. Build one, add it to your basket, then come back and build the next. For larger orders, ask us for a quote.
