Collection: Peace & Reflection

Quiet has always been shaped through the senses. Across many religious and domestic traditions, softened light marked a pause, fragrance changed the character of a room, and a carefully placed object created a point for reflection. Incense smoke could symbolise prayer, purification or an offering rising beyond the everyday; candles transformed ordinary darkness into deliberate light.

Selenite takes its name from Selene, the Greek moon goddess, because of its pale, moon-like lustre. Howlite is a much younger discovery, but its white surface and soft grey veining made it a natural fit for modern traditions centred on stillness. Lavender adds a familiar botanical note, used for generations in linen cupboards, bathing and evening preparations.

Build your Peace & Reflection edit

  1. Choose the stone. Select Selenite, Howlite or a pale reflective crystal. Pair a tactile natural piece with a smooth sphere or carved form.
  2. Lower the light. Add a candle or wax melt to make the transition from activity to quiet visible.
  3. Layer the scent. Choose lavender, gentle herbs or soft florals in an oil, incense, diffuser or roll-on.
  4. Create one place for pause. Complete the edit with a small object for a bedside table, reading corner or shelf.

The tradition behind this collection is simple: surroundings can signal that a different kind of time has begun. These products do not promise calm or therapeutic effects; their meanings are cultural, sensory and personal.
