Product Overview

A 90g body butter made from two ingredients: Butyrospermum Parkii (shea butter) and Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil (West Indian sandalwood). No water, no emulsifiers, no padding - just shea with a single essential oil folded through it. The scent is warm and woody, closer to balsam than the sweeter synthetic sandalwood found in most body products.

About the ingredients

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) - an unrefined plant butter pressed from shea tree nuts, with a dense texture that melts on contact with warm skin.
Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil - also known as West Indian sandalwood, a resinous essential oil with a warm, woody, slightly balsamic character.

Why You'll Love It

• A dense shea butter base scented with genuine essential oil, not synthetic fragrance

• Melts on contact with skin warmth and absorbs into dry areas

• A little goes a long way, so the 90g pot lasts

• Single-scent aromatherapy you can match to your mood or routine

• A small, affordable gift for essential oil users

FAQ

Is this the same as true sandalwood? Amyris Balsamifera is West Indian sandalwood, not Indian Santalum album. It shares a warm, woody character but is a separate species, more widely available and sustainably sourced.

Will shea butter feel greasy? Pure shea can take a moment to absorb - use a small amount and warm it thoroughly between your palms first.
