Product Overview
Sweet, pink and a little bit silly, in the best way. This whipped soap is beaten to a soft, cloud-like texture and finished with a bright pink swirl you can see through the clear jar. Made in the UK on a glycerin-rich base with added coconut oil, it scoops easily and lathers quickly in the bath or shower.
The Story Behind It
Bubblegum is pink by accident. In 1928 Walter Diemer, an accountant at the Fleer company in Philadelphia, mixed the first batch that would blow a proper bubble, and pink was the only food colouring he had to hand. The colour stuck, and so did the scent we now think of as bubblegum.
