Himalayan salt takes its pink colour from trace minerals laid down in sea beds around 250 million years ago, and mined today in Pakistan. A candle holder carved from natural Himalayan salt, with a hollow centre sized for a tealight. Weighs around 800g. As with any natural rock piece, shape and shading vary slightly from one to the next. The salt takes on a warm amber glow when lit, which reads well on a mantel or windowsill in the evening.
