Lokta paper is a traditional Nepalese handmade paper, made from the bark of the Himalayan lokta shrub; it has been used for centuries for records and sacred texts and is naturally tough. A large Lokta paper notebook (21 × 15 cm) with a speckled blue recycled cotton cover. Includes 45 blank Lokta pages, a matching bookmark and string tie. Each notebook is slightly unique in colour and pattern. No two covers are identical, since the cotton fibres are laid by hand.
