A selenite pyramid, a four sided pyramid around 5cm tall, cut from natural selenite from the mountains of Morocco. Selenite has a soft, milky translucence that catches and scatters light beautifully, and the crystal takes its name from Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon. Keep selenite dry. It is a soft mineral that marks easily and can be damaged by water, so wipe only with a dry cloth and avoid damp spots. Handle gently, as edges and points can chip.
