Product Overview

A wide, shallow bowl in metal with a copper finish, measuring 12 x 5cm, with Tree of Life symbols raised around its sides. The relief gives the pattern texture you can feel as well as see, and the smooth interior wipes clean easily. Use it on an altar or shelf for herbs, resins, incense cones set in sand, or small offerings.

The Story Behind the Design

The Tree of Life appears across many cultures: Yggdrasil, the great ash of Norse myth, links the nine worlds, and in Celtic tradition the crann bethadh stood for the bond between earth, sky and ancestors. Its reaching branches and spreading roots are traditionally read as growth, family and continuity.

Why You'll Love It

  • Raised Tree of Life relief runs around the outside, so the motif reads from every angle on a shelf
  • Shallow 5cm depth keeps herbs, stones and cones within easy reach
  • Light at around 131g, yet sits steady on a flat surface
  • Warm copper tone that looks lived-in rather than mirror-polished
  • A useful catch-all for an altar, from loose resin to a folded intention note

Home altars and seasonal tables · Burning resin or cones over sand · Samhain and Yule set-ups · Gifts for pagan and witchcraft-curious friends · Holding crystals or tumble stones

An Auro & Co Moment

Late on a Sunday you clear the windowsill, pour a little sand into the bowl and set a cone of frankincense in the middle. The smoke lifts past the raised branches on the rim. Afterwards the bowl stays where it is, holding the stones you picked up on the beach in summer.

Complete the Experience

Pair it with a slow-burning resin or a box of cones from our incense range.

FAQ

Can I burn incense or resin in it?
Yes, but the metal gets very hot. Add a layer of sand or another non-flammable filler first, stand it on a heat-resistant surface, and never leave it unattended while anything is burning.

Is it solid copper?
It is metal with a copper finish, which keeps it light and easy to handle.

What size is it?
It measures 12 x 5cm, a wide and shallow shape that fits easily on a narrow shelf or altar cloth.

Will the colour change?
Copper finishes can darken with time and handling. Many people like the aged look; a soft dry cloth keeps it tidy.
