Product Overview
This chalice stands 12 x 9cm on a raised base, its cup wrapped in a Tree of Life pattern. It is made of metal with a copper finish, light in the hand at around 161g but steady once set down. The raised foot lifts it apart from the rest of an altar, a place for water, herbs, oils or a small offering.
The Story Behind the Design
In Wicca and many modern pagan paths the chalice stands for the element of water and sits on the altar beside the athame, the ceremonial blade. A Tree of Life on the cup adds a second layer, a motif traditionally read as growth and the link between roots and branches.
Why You'll Love It
- Raised base gives the chalice height, so it reads as the centrepiece of an altar
- Tree of Life pattern runs around the cup in clear detail
- Smooth interior is easy to rinse and wipe after use
- Wide 12cm mouth, comfortable for holding water, petals or a sprig of herbs
- Warm copper colour sits well beside beeswax candles and dark wood

Perfect For
Wiccan and pagan altars · Full moon and seasonal celebrations · Offering bowls for water or petals · Gifts for a newly dedicated witch · Display on a bookshelf or mantel
An Auro & Co Moment
The candles are lit and the room smells faintly of rosemary. You fill the chalice with cold water and set it on the west side of the altar cloth, where it catches the flame on its rim. A few petals float on top. When the evening is done, you tip the water onto the garden and rinse the cup ready for next month.
Complete the Experience
Add a handful of loose herbs or a pillar candle from our altar and candle ranges.

FAQ
Can I drink from it?
We sell it as a ceremonial and display piece and don't have food-contact information for the finish, so we'd keep it for altar water, petals and offerings rather than everyday drinking.
Can I burn incense or resin in it?
Yes, but the metal gets very hot. Add a layer of sand or another non-flammable filler first, stand it on a heat-resistant surface, and never leave it unattended while anything is burning.
How big is it?
It measures 12 x 9cm and weighs around 161g, so it sits comfortably in one hand.
How do I look after it?
Rinse after use and dry it straight away with a soft cloth. Copper finishes naturally deepen in tone over time.
