Product Overview
A small decanter of hand-blown recycled glass on a base of reclaimed gamal wood, made in Indonesia. At around 20cm tall it is sized for a jug of water at the table or a bottle's worth of wine, and it holds a few stems just as happily.
Why You'll Love It
- Rounded glass that settles over the wood as it cools, so every base fits its vessel exactly
- A size that sits on a table without blocking anyone's view across it
- Works as a carafe, a vase or a piece left empty on a shelf
- Small air bubbles in the glass show it was made by hand
- Reclaimed wood base, so each one has a different grain and outline

An Auro & Co Moment
Friends over for supper on a weeknight. Instead of the bottle going straight on the table, the wine goes into the little decanter first, and the wood base leaves no ring on the cloth.

FAQ
Can I serve drinks from it?
Yes. Water or wine is what it is made for. Wash it by hand and keep the wood dry.
Will mine look like the photo?
Close, but not identical. The glass is shaped by hand over a natural piece of wood, so the outline, grain and glass vary from piece to piece, and tiny bubbles or light marks in the glass are part of how it is made.
Does it have a stopper?
No, this one is open. The Duck Decanter in the same range comes with a glass stopper.
